No Refund Policy

All sales made with Violet Sky Social are final. We do not provide refunds after a purchase has been made. This applies to all services offered by Violet Sky Social.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, Violet Sky Social may offer a refund or credit:

if a service has a serious defect
if there is a genuine reason for dissatisfaction with service. All such cases will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Violet Sky Social.
